Should your flowers perish within 24 hours of delivery, and all provided care instructions have been followed, Buds Floral Atelier will offer store credit for use on our website.

We reserve the right to request clear photographs of the original bunch of flowers to verify the condition. External factors such as weather or placement in your home can influence the lifespan of your flowers.

Every bunch undergoes a thorough quality control check before leaving our studio to ensure that the flowers meet our high standards.

Any dissatisfaction with the flowers must be reported to our team within 24 hours of the delivery date. If proof of photographs cannot be provided within this 24-hour timeframe, Buds Floral Atelier reserves the right not to issue credit or replacement flowers.

In cases where the recipient receives damaged or sub-standard flowers, please contact us immediately so that we can arrange for a new bunch to be sent on the next available delivery date.

We will, at our discretion, consider issues raised after the 24-hour deadline but reserve the right to refuse a replacement or credit under these circumstances. If credit or redelivery is approved, this will typically be processed within 24-48 hours.

No monetary refunds will be issued. Instead, customers will receive store credit for future purchases on our website.
